Heart Spark Cohort 1 Applicant Final Stages

Hosted by Preventive Cardio-Oncology LLC

For Heart Prosper P.C. and all related entities

Dear Candidate:

Thank you again for your thoughtful application to join Heart Spark Cohort 1.

I am honored by your interest and impressed by your contributions so far.

You have reached the final stages of the process.

Let us take a deeper look at what participation in this program may truly involve—
so that we can mutually make an informed decision.

Let us briefly review:

  • The early stage nature of my startup ecosystem;

  • The structure and peer mentorship style of the program;

  • The collaborative relationship with my mission-aligned nonprofit research organization;

  • The lifelong connection you would gain through the Heart Spark Legacy Network.

This unique experiential learning internship experience is an invitation to immerse yourself in the real work of building meaningful innovation across research, education, wellness, and care. This ecosystem includes seven emerging related companies and a mission-aligned nonprofit research organization that is also driven by a patient, advocacy and education. Collaboratively, these seven mission-aligned related startup companies, and the nonprofit organization,
are creating tools, platforms, and programs rooted in service, insight, and impact.

Therefore, this is not a traditional observational internship housed within a large, revenue-generating company. Instead, this is a rare opportunity to learn through real-time participation, collaboration,
and reflection inside a set of emerging mission-driven companies and collaborate with the nonprofit.

You would be entering a space that prioritizes reflection, learning, and collaboration. The questions you ask, the ideas you explore, and the insights you gain will not only shape your growth—but will also strengthen your voice as a future leader. You would complete the internship with new skills, deeper clarity about how health and wellness systems are built, and a clearer sense of how your values can align with your work. Whether you would intern with us for one month or one year,
I would be honored to support you on this journey.

Emerging Corporate Entities

The inaugural Heart Spark Cohort Internship Program is housed within Preventive Cardio-Oncology LLC, the management services organization (MSO) that oversees operations across all of these early stage companies founded by Dr. Sherry-Ann Brown.

Interns may engage with projects across one or more of the following entities:
